Are you already doing hydrogen peroxide enemas? If you’re not at least doing regular enemas with just water, you probably should be. Enemas are very highly regarded in the alternative health world. While not a pleasant topic at the dinner table, enemas are more important than ever before! As beneficial as enemas are, we’re going to take it one step further by showing you how to upgrade your enemas by doing hydrogen peroxide enemas.
Disease Starts In The Colon
Enemas cleanse the colon walls. Due to the standard American diet consisting of so much processed food, the intestine walls get clogged up. The body dumps toxins from the liver into the colon to be excreted. The more the colon is backed up, the less your body can rid itself of toxins. The accumulation of toxins is one of the leading causes of disease so keeping your colon clean is one of the best things you can do for your health.
A clogged colon can lead to a myriad of health problem so cleaning the colon can fix many health problems, including some that are deemed incurable. It’s hard to overemphasize the importance of colon health and enemas, but suffice it to say you can’t be healthy and living at optimum levels without having a clean colon. If you’re unfamiliar with colonics and enemas, look them up online and read more about them. Of course, you’ll need to know how to do an enema before doing one yourself.
Why Hydrogen Peroxide Enemas Are So Powerful
Enemas are so beneficial they’re worthwhile doing them with just water alone. But if you’d like to get the most benefit from each enema you do, hydrogen peroxide enemas are the way to go! Hydrogen peroxide is a form of oxygen therapy, which is one of the most powerful strategies in alternative medicine.
Hydrogen peroxide is water with an active singlet oxygen attached to it. Water is H20 and hydrogen peroxide is H202. The extra active singlet oxygen makes hydrogen peroxide an oxidizer that releases the extra singlet oxygen to burn pathogens like bad bacteria, viruses, and fungi, making water with what’s left (H2O). Every cell in your body is trying to make hydrogen peroxide, so it’s natural and your body is made to handle it.
Hydrogen peroxide enemas are very effective at removing toxins and waste. Waste and toxins must be bound with oxygen to leave the body. Oxygen levels are low in the colon. Hydrogen peroxide enemas add oxygen to the enema so the body can get rid of waste that has been accumulating. Besides waste and toxins, you might be surprised to see parasites come out when you add hydrogen peroxide to your enema!
Aerobic vs Anaerobic Organisms
It’s important to distinguish the difference between aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Aerobic bacteria burn oxygen as fuel and leave carbon dioxide as a by-product, just like humans do. Anaerobic bacteria burn carbon dioxide as a fuel and leave oxygen as a by-product. Anaerobic organisms are pathogens, which cause disease.
Hydrogen peroxide in the human body has 2 major effects:
- Kills, or significantly inhibits the growth of, anaerobic organisms, bacteria, and viruses.
- Aerobic bacteria thrive in the presence of hydrogen peroxide.
How To Do Hydrogen Peroxide Enemas
It’s very important to follow these directions closely. Misappropriate dosage could cause great harm!
You don’t want to do enemas with the hydrogen peroxide sold in general stores. That stuff has unwanted contaminants added to it for adding shelf life. You want to buy 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Be careful, 35% hydrogen peroxide can burn you if it touches your skin undiluted. You have to dilute it down to 3% by mixing 1 part of 35% with 11 parts distilled water, or at least reverse osmosis filtered water with a low total dissolved water (TDS) content. Hydrogen peroxide forms hydroxyl radicals with transitional medals that may be present in tap water.
Add 2 quarts of distilled water to enema bag, then mix 3% H2O2.
Gradually Increasing Dosage Schedule
1 teaspoon of 3% in 2 quarts of water
1 1/2 teaspoons
2 1/2 teaspoons
3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon & 1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon & 1 1/2 teaspoon
*Start with just plain water for a few days. Then begin adding 1 1/2 teaspoons and gradually increasing dosage, as listed above, every few days. Don’t exceed the amounts listed. In fact, you don’t even have to go that high. If you experience discomfort, take a few days off start at the beginning. Let your body guide you.
Learn More About Oxygen Therapy
This hydrogen peroxide enema protocol is just the tip of the iceberg of all the information laid out in Ed McCabe’s treatise on the subject of oxygen therapy Flood Your Body with Oxygen. It’s a 600 page book chock full of information regarding the history and use of different types of oxygen therapy. Oxygen therapy is one of the most successful strategies for fighting disease. That’s why it’s used at many of the most cutting-edge alternative cancer clinics and wellness centers.
Unfortunately, mainstream medicine is controlled by big pharma and the government prevents alternative medicine from being used to treat disease. The amount of hydrogen peroxide you’ll need to add to an enema is minimal, making the cost negligible. And there’s no profit in that!
